Many people are influenced by the media,to perceive themselves in a certain way. Hip-hop influences our social life and the way we dress.Certain people breathe and live hip -hop culture,in such a way that one forgets their own culture. Choosing to portrayy an image f another individual you see on a magazine or television shows that you not happy with your own image.Yes its' acceptable to be different  and unique,but it does not give one a reason to forget their sense of belonging.     The youth are often surrounded by negative     images and messages,and this affects their      way of thinking,as they come across hip-hop     music with vulgar language.There needs to     be balance with respect to the images we     see and the music we listen to.

Some people choose to wear clothes,which hide them from socioety,because of the fear of judgment and others wear next to nothing to show they are proud of who they are.What we wear gives some information about our identity and in many ways just a mirror of our personality and understanding of the world. In todays society,others attempt to mimic others' style of dress when that isn't their preference at all.To a certain extent clothes give us more or less confident in ourselves,thus shaping our personalities for the day.  Wearing a cocktail dress or a pair of sexy heels can make us look more outgoing or willing to put ourselves out there. our outward apperance does influence our inward personality.It is a reflection of our personal traits and charecteristics.

Everyone is a moon and has a dark side which he/she never shows to everybody. Some people mislead the shadow as the dark side .It's not that our shadow qualities are bad,its that we hide them because they do not fit into our picture of who we want to be or what people expect us to be. We consider ourselves to be compassionate but we have a more selfish,sometimes arrogant impatient side.We pride ourselves in our discipline but have secret addictive tendencies. We preach about morality and purity to others but constantly battle with our longing to indulge our senses in every possible way.

Love should not come at a price,where people feel that they should change who they are to feel love.The love that you share with others should be the kind of love that you feel for yourself.You cannot say you love a person when you constantly tell him/her that:'' I will only love you if you do this and that".When a person loves you,he/she will encourage you to be the best that you can be.
